Here's Matthew's resume. As you can see, he has spent his whole life teaching, performing and competing in all types
of ballroom, Latin, country and swing dancing. He now uses that extensive experience to teach all levels of students. Over
the years, Matthew Karr has literally taught hundreds of students, which has allowed him to develop and refine his methods
for communicating dance to his students in a way that enables them to learn the dance moves faster and easier.
Matthew Karr's passion is to teach people to dance so they can go out and dance with their friends, have fun and
feel comfortable and confident. He wants everyone to be able to enjoy the fun and benefits of dancing!

The Dance Studio Valleywide | 1995 to Present | Teaching ballroom, Latin and country dancing. Beginning students are given in-depth
basics into dancing and general steps of interest to them. More advanced students are given advance steps as well as technical
and styling instruction. Also choreographing and teaching routines for weddings and other special occasions.

During this period, he participated in local, regional and national dance competitions with his students, at which they received
numerous awards. In addition, he competed professionally and received awards in the California and Ohio Star Balls, Cabaret
Division.
